Birmingham Salvo have defeated London Mint in the final of the Multiplay Counter-Strike Source Cup, winning €5,000 for their efforts. The tournament, which has seen over 100 clans take part in, has been running for the last 3 days and has seen some fantastic matches from some of the best clans in the world. More details will follow in the morning.

The DSGi COD4 final will be kicking off at 17:00 - two of the PC World teams will be battling it to be the best staff team. Tune in on stream 1 to watch it live from the event.

For all those teams who have dropped out from the Counter-Strike Source tournament in the group stages you can now join a fun losers tournament. It costs a fiver to join (so £25 per clan) and Multiplay are also throwing in another £100 on top - double elimination, winner takes all!

So after a hectic day of groups and matches yesterday, we’re into the peak of the event, the Double Elimination bracket. 64 teams enter, and only one team emerges the victor.
